Intended Learners

This activity is intended for early career psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, advanced practice nurses, and other healthcare professionals who seek to improve the care of patients with mental health disorders.

Learning Objectives

After attending Elevate by Psych Congress, participants should be able to:

  • Integrate the most current pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic interventions to improve patient outcomes in the acute and long-term management of mental illness
  • Utilize new skills and understanding of key strategies, resources, and opportunities available to optimize a career in mental healthcare

NACCME designates this enduring activity for a maximum of 15.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Physician Assistants

NACCME has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (APA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with the AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 15.5 AAPA Category 1 credit. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

Requirements for Credit

To be eligible for documentation of credit, participants must attend the educational activity and complete the evaluation form. After successful completion of the evaluation form online, participants may immediately print their documentation of credit.

Physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurses may participate in this educational activity and earn a certificate of completion as AAPA and AANP accept AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ through their reciprocity agreements.

Other healthcare professionals treating patients with mental health disorders should check with their state licensing and certification boards to determine if Elevate by Psych Congress meets their continuing education requirements.
