Q: What is the format of this year’s Psych Congress Elevate Virtual Experience?

A: We are excited to deliver Elevate 2021 as a Virtual Experience, June 11-13, via HMP Global’s VRTX Platform. This platform is designed intentionally for clinicians like you – easy, engaging, and fun! It is fully web-based, so no special software is needed to access the educational sessions or any other important meeting features. 

Q: What is the program for the virtual meeting?

A: Our devoted steering committee has developed an inspiring program for 2021. The Psych Congress Elevate Virtual Experience will offer more than 30 psychopharmacology, forward-thinking, and career-focused sessions over the course of 3 days. Engage with experts and colleagues through live Q&A, poster discussions, Innovation Theater presentations, expert round table sessions, and a virtual exhibit hall! Q: I had previously registered for Psych Congress Elevate in Las Vegas. What will happen to my registration?

A: If you were registered for Psych Congress Elevate in Las Vegas, you are automatically being re-registered for the virtual offering. We look forward to your participation in this exciting experience. Depending on when you registered, you may have paid more than our current Virtual Opening Rate. In this case, our registration department will automatically refund you for the difference. For questions or more information, please reach out via this form.

Q: I am already registered for the in-person meeting. What will happen to my hotel reservation?

A: All hotel reservations made within the Elevate room block will be canceled automatically with no penalty. Refunds will be made to the credit card on file. No action is required on your part.

Q: I registered with a voucher for Psych Congress Elevate, can this be carried over to another meeting?

A: If you registered with a voucher from the 2020 meeting, that voucher is valid through December 31, 2021. You may carry it over to any 2021 event including Psych Congress in San Antonio (October 29-November 1) or any of our 10 virtual Psych Congress Regional meetings. Vouchers cannot be carried over to 2022 meetings.


Q: What are my options if I am unable to attend the live Virtual Experience?

 A: All accredited sessions will be available on-demand for 90 days after the meeting concludes. The on-demand option is a great way to earn CME/CE credits at your convenience.

Q: What kind of software is required to view the sessions and interact with the experts?

A: The Psych Congress Elevate Virtual Experience is fully web-based, so all you will need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone and a strong internet connection. Review requirements for desktop browser and operating systems.

Q: Will I be able to watch recordings of the sessions being presented after the conference?

A: Yes, all accredited sessions from the live event will be recorded and available on-demand for 90 days after the conference.

Q: When will the live sessions be available for on demand?

A: The recordings of live sessions will be made available within 24 hours of the session’s conclusion. Check the Past Sessions page for a link to the recording. You will have access to the all of the content for 90 days and can earn 27+ CME/CE credits. 

Q: How will I access the on-demand sessions?

A: If you are looking for a session that occurred live during the virtual conference, all recordings will be posted to the Past Sessions page within 24 hours of the session’s conclusion. 

Q: Will the session slides also be available for 60 days?

A: Yes, for accredited sessions only. 


Q: How do I claim credit for participating in the Psych Congress Elevate Virtual Experience?

A: You will be able to claim your credits within the virtual platform! The process is quick and easy, and we will provide a step-by-step guide prior to the event. You will have the option to claim credits after each session, at the end of each day, or all at once at the end of the conference – whatever works for you!


Q: How can I connect with Exhibitors through the Virtual Experience?

A: Explore the exhibit hall to connect with more than 50 industry leaders or access their websites. Booths may feature contact forms, text chats, video chats, downloadable information pieces, videos, or other exciting features. You can request more information, and they will follow-up with you after the virtual conference.

Q. Will there be a Passport to Prizes competition?

A: Rest assured, there will be an opportunity to engage in some friendly competition with fellow attendees! We will share details for the onsite competition in the next few months. Be sure to periodically check the Elevate website and our social media accounts for the latest meeting updates! 


Q: Who do I contact for questions during the virtual event?

A: Our personalized Online Help Desk chat will be available to optimize your experience throughout the meeting. If you have additional questions outside of meeting hours, you can contact or fill out this form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
