2024 Call for Posters Open Now!

Poster presentations convey innovative, clinically relevant information that enhances the professional skills of mental health clinicians. The Poster Sessions provide presenting authors a forum in which they can showcase their work and interact with conference attendees. We are seeking poster submissions from the following areas:

• Research Reports
• Research-in-progress
• Case Reports
• Repeat Presentations

If you have a poster relating to these areas, we invite you to submit it to have your poster considered.

Important Dates

• Poster Presentation Dates, Times, and Formal Location Will Be Provided: January 31, 2024
• All Poster Abstract Submissions are Due: Monday, April 15, 2024, at 11:59 pm
• Notification of acceptance or rejection: Posters will be accepted/rejected on a rolling basis, with decision notification emails being sent the first week of February, March, April, and May. All submissions received by the end of the month prior will receive a decision email within the corresponding review cycle.
  • Important Dates for Accepted Poster Abstract Submissions:
    • Withdrawal date: May 3, 2024
    • Poster Numbers Provided: May 6, 2024
    • Submission of a PDF copy of accepted Poster Due: May 20, 2024
