Elevate by Psych Congress registration includes:
- All educational programming
- Session presentations and handouts
- All networking functions
- Meals during the conference
- Access to the Exhibit Hall
Individuals planning to register at the Student/Resident/Fellow rate must submit written confirmation on the learning institution's letterhead from a faculty mentor that he/she is a current student. Confirmation can be faxed to 610-560-0502 or emailed to email@example.com. (No registration discounts may be combined with this registration type.)

Cancellation requests must be received in writing and postmarked by February 11, 2020. All cancellations via email must be submitted by this date to email@example.com.
Cancellations received by February 11, 2020 will receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee. Registrants wishing to cancel may send someone to take their place without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by March 13, 2020. No refunds will be issued after February 11, 2020. If you do not cancel and do not attend the event, you are still responsible for the full payment.
Cancellations for hotel and transportation reservations must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the hotel, airline, and/or other company.
No refunds are offered for classes that may be suspended or shortened due to weather or other conditions or circumstances beyond HMP’s control.
